The location of the property was perfect for us. Lovely view over the marina. Walking distance to Paspatur is 20 mins and is a nice walk with sea view all the way. Clean & well kept pacements. Places to stop along thecway for food & drinks. The room was basic but had everything we needed. Ensuite shower was modern & immaculate. Room was spotless. Balcony with marina view. Air conditioning. Full size fridge. Kettle with tea/coffee provided. We were given a bottle of water each on arrival & also whenever we wanted it. Staff were all extremely nice & friendly. Someone there on reception 24hrs day/night. Can't fault the place and will definitely stay again when we visit Fethiye.

A great small hotel

Had a lovely 2 night stay here.Our room was lovely,very spacious and well equipped.It would be fine for longer stays as it had a washing machine and dish washer,a smart tv in bedroom and living room.The spa bath was very welcome after we'd been out walking all day. Staff were very helpful,in particular Emir to whom nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Fethiye,although there are some restaurants and shops with a 5 minute walk. We would have liked some fruit juice served with breakfast but it wasnt available,this was the only minor issue to report.

Honestly this hotel is a little gem. Views, cleanliness, room amenities all excellent. The staff absolutely wonderful, so helpful and kind. Best hotel in Fethiye.

I had the best stay possible. The boutique is as cute as it possibly can be. The personal was top notch. Emir and Ayaz in particular - the ones I interacted with and got to know - are the sweetest young men. They were really professional, warm and helpful. The boutique is located near the city center, a short walk or a breezy drive with an el scooter and you are in the heart of the city. I really recommend this boutique suites. I loved it!!!

Nice place in the quiet area of town with view

The hotel is lovely in a very beautiful area of Fethiye in front of a marina, therefore views from the balcony are nice although the hotel is not in the front row. There is a bit of noise inside as the insulation of the building is not very good.

Good stay

We had a good stay here, however didn’t enjoy the breakfast as there were so many cats around the tables which was off putting. The breakfast itself was not great so we only took it for one day, which we ate in our room due to cats. The staff working there were really great though and super friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and you could probably get better for your money.

A nice hotel - furniture & decorations were old but everything was clean. The pool was nice. breakfast was served every morning on the patio by the pool It’s about a mile from town you can get a taxi or you can walk It’s close to a small harbor, it’s close to 3 restaurants in the area. There is also a couple of small markets If you’re on a budget I highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you don’t mind a good walk into town & to the main harbour. The closer to town the more expensive the hotels are The staff were very nice and helpful. We booked a room high, a sea view it was lovely had a small tiny balcony. No elevator

Disappointing

The "boutique" part of the name of this hotel is very misleading. It's an small and humble accommodation. Our room was supposed to be the top one. It was at the top of the property, so it was the hottest one. No balcony, despite the description said it was one. But the view was nice. It said "daily cleaning on request" but when we asked for it (the 2nd day of 3), we only got to get the bathroom cleaned. Communication in English with the staff was very, very limited. They were nice people though, but we relied on Google Translate. Pricey for what it was.

Giriş katlarda cam açılmıyor, kapılarda ise sineklik yok, kapıyı açık bırakıp uyumak ise içeri bişey girebilir diye endişe edebileceğinizden kapı kapalı yatıyorsunuz fakat bu da sıcak havada çok zorlayıcı, klima var evet ama bütün gece klima da açılmıyor. Resepsiyon çok yardımseverdi.

Çatı katı oda çok küçüktü yaklaşık 10-12m2. Çatı katı olduğu için odanın bir tarafında başınız tavana değiyor. Kahvaltı, kahvaltı tabağı olarak servis ediliyor ve çok vasattı. Odaya girdiğimizde mini buzdolabı fişe takılı değildi dolayısıyla çalışmıyordu kullananadık. Klozet kapağı sarıydı. Banyo çok konforsuzdu. Otel genel olarak bakımsızdı.

Beautiful boutique located in the heart of Fethiye Marina. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always on hand to help with anything. Offered great suggestions of places to eat and places to go sight seeing. Delicious Turkish breakfast was offered in the morning and great services such as iron, washing machine, extra blankets and towels. Felt extremely safe here and will be visiting Mykonut Boutique again.

Small boutique hotel, great for a base to go to marina, fethiye old town and the private beach resorts. Staff friendly, pool very clean. Missed breakfast due to early flight, staff offered to make sandwiches for the journey. Would stay again. 😀
