I didn’t even get out of my vehicle. I couldn’t stay at a run down broken windows place! Homeless sleeping outside front doors! Didn’t stay went elsewhere. Doesn’t match pictures with website at all!!! Requested a refund immediately

The rooms are disgusting. The halls and elevator are sweltering hot. They’re remodeling which needs to be mentioned. The lobby is very misleading. The only clean thing in the room is the bed. Make sure you bring slides if you stay here. The carpets need to be professionally cleaned. The entire hotel smells like bud. Wish we would of went somewhere else

When we first arrived we got our keys and went to the rooms and the A/C wasn't working properly so they sent someone up to look at it. They ended up giving us different rooms with working A/C's. Staff was super friendly and helped in any way needed. We will for sure stay again in the future.

Got the room on Expedia. Pictures of the property looked very inviting. Upon check-in we were told to drive around the back for easy access to our room. So far so good. Upon arriving at the back of the building we encountered a transient family (undesirable). Unkempt parents and children running around with no shoes on. Strike one. Upon entering the building we noticed the garbage can overflowing with empty pizza boxes and empty beer boxes. Also another child running up and down the stairs with no shoes on. The smell of smoke permeated the hallways. Strike two. We walk up to our assigned room and upon opening the door we found that it was occupied by a transient. My wife noticed that he was in the room. What I saw was appalling. The room was in total disarray. It looked as if a bum was living there. Strike Three. We promptly went back down to the desk to get a refund for our stay. The woman at the desk said there was a no refund policy. After we asked to see a manager (who was conveniently unavailable) she was somehow able to get us a refund. We do have to wait 7-10 days for our card to be credited. I would not wish this place on anyone.

This property was once a holiday inn, it seems they have done nothing with it since they moved in to the building. The AC units definitely struggled to keep the room cool. There was no functional AC in the hallways. The beds were great, the room lacked usable outlets in any location other than there were some lamps that had electrical plugs in them. The room was beautiful, but the furniture was mismatched and the carpet and lampshades had damage to them. It was a great bed but the bathroom looked like a closet

I like the fact they are renovating. I’ve stayed there twice. 2nd time the bed wasn’t as comfortable. Pillows seemed flat…need to be replaced. And importantly they need to focus more on the free breakfast and keep everything filled and hot. AC works great, and a very friendly, helpful staff.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. The side door (closer to where I was parked) only unlocked sometimes and they didn't seem too worried about it, even after I had them come try it and it didn't work for them either.

On arrival, a loud party was starting in the foyer and main conference area. It was discotheque loud. Unable to hear the clerk. We checked into our room and believed it would be over by 10pm. This was 5pm. Left and came back. It was louder than before. The parking lot was jammed. Trash bags were stacked outside entry doors. Bed linens were stacked in the hallways. The front desk said the party would go until 3am with a big smile. I wasn't smiling. It pulsed through our walls. We were moved to the third floor. Only the noisy air conditioner was louder in the 3rd floor room and the screaming loud sound was muffled. At 10pm we could not get another hotel. We turned on white noise and went to bed. The trash and linens in the halls grew overnight. The breakfast was cold leftover eggs from some other day and strange bacon. The room was clean. No one should stay here for more than $30 a night. A nutso experience.

The place was dirty and the rooms smelled. I even looked under a seat cushion, I found someone else’s sock. There was a cigarette burn in the furniture. The paint is pealing away from the window seals and it looks as the wood was rotten. Holes in the walls, etc.
