「We spent three nights at Palais Fès Yahya and truly loved our stay. This family‑run hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Fes medina, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help us navigate the medina and recommend excellent guided tours. The riad itself has a beautiful, traditional décor that adds so much charm to the experience. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace — a lovely place to start or end the day....

「The staff here are wonderful. They helped us arrange anything we needed in terms of food and rides. They also gave us room upgrades for every member of our party which was a nice suprise. The only downside was one of the bottom floor rooms had live roaches. 」

「The rooms are clean and if you don’t get lost the road is close to the parking lot ( one of the Medina entrances ) When you come in , you walk down this ramp/ hill for the entrance and when you ar win take a right ! Then it’s another right a few “roads in” There is a sign you can follow but if you don’t make it that far you can get totally confused and lost . The staff was nice but right away they put me on the phone with someone and they seem to want to steer me away from other guides I...

「Lo mejor el personal y la comida. Pero estuvimos tres días antes intentando contactar sin respuesta, y al llegar nos ubican en otro hotel por humedades. Falta de mantenimiento, iluminación en habitaciones, problemas de agua caliente. Muy mejorable todo, a excepción de la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, así como una comida y desayuno exquisitos」

La piscine et le spa pour se rafraichir après de longues excursions. Sans oublier la terrasse avec la plus belle vue de la ville accessible par ascenseur! Tout ça pour un prix defiant toute concurrence dans le monde entier!」
