The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. Feel sorry for the lovely guys at recption having to try and put some atmosphere into a place that is long past its best.

The outside of the hotel and lobby area are clean and look up to date. The elevator seems like it’s on its last leg. When you get out of the elevator you can see how outdated the rest of the hotel is. The hallways are dirty and foldable beds line the wall. The room is not what it looks like in pictures. Everything is very old. The bathtub would fill with water because the drain is broken. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The whole bathroom needs to be redone, upgrade it for sure. Very outdated tv. Only one towel given when there were two of us staying and the amenities are just a shampoo and couple bars of soap. Is it even worth the $58 we paid. No, I’m sure you can find better in Fes.

The Air conditioner was not working and the technician took ages to come and repair, only to say that he could offer a portable heater instead. I had to request to not do anything with it as it took lot of time for each action. The buffet was cold and short on food. Nobody to refill but they took the full price nevertheless.

Le directeur de l’hôtel est très accueillant et très gentil ! Mais malheureusement les personnes à la réception essayent de vous duper pour vous faire payer plus cher certains service, comme le taxi ! Il nous ont demandé de payer 80 euros pour aller à l’aéroport ! (Le prix est 15 euros maximum 30€) c’est scandaleux !

Plutôt déçu, par la prestation de la "suite" qui nous a été attribuée ... Rien avoir avec les photos véhiculées sur le site. A peine l eau coulait dans la salle de bain... Quand au petit déjeuner, très moyen. Seul point positif = chauffage dans la chambre je ne recommanderai pas. Merci

Jeg vælger jer, af årsager, såsom fortrolighed. Jeg bestiller hotel gennem jer, hvilket går smertefrit igennem. Jeg viser receptionisten bekræftelsesmailen og han kigger flere minutter på mailen, mens musikken ellers overdøver i baggrunden. Nok om det. Han siger, at han ikke kan finde reservationen og beder mig om logge ind på min mail. Jeg prøver med de arabiske tastatur, dog uden held. Jeg beklager receptionisten, hvorefter han bliver meget vred og reagerer på en meget følsom og uprofessionel måde. Han siger, at hvis der ikke dukker en bekræftelse igennem i morgen i deres system, så skal jeg betale 550 dirham. Hvilket desuden overstiger prisen på bestillingen. Han smider to papirer i hovedet min kammerat og jeg, som receptionister plejer selv at udfylde ved kig på pas. Og så bliver han sur og hiver sedlerne fra os. Tager passene og udfylder selv. Jeg ser mig omkring og pludselig bliver der kaster en kuglepen hårdt ned i bordet. Skriv under her, bliver jeg bedt om. Jeg har så meget fortrudt at jeg bestilte dette hotel og synes ikke, at hotellet bør være på jeres side, det er en vanære for sådan en side som jeres, hvor alt ellers plejer at gå som smurt.

Nouzha fes atlas

Hotel is accessible to the station Gars de fes by walk 20 mins. Petit taxi appx 7 dhiram 5 mins drive. Hotel noisy at night due to restaurant and bars loud music till 3 pm...even I was 3rd floor could hear the music Very disturbing..recommended for single person travelling or backpackers as cheap rates. Overall ok bit the noise at night very disturburing not relax at all.

سيئة جدا للأسف .. بدأت من موظف الاستقبال الذي أجلسني لفترة طويلة في انتظار أن يتأكد من حجزي عبر الأنترنت ، فيبدو أنه لا يجيد استخدام النت فاستعان بشخص آخر وبقيت أنا طول الفترة في صالون الانتظار .. الأسوأ من كل شي أنهم يضعون خدمات في المادة الإعلانية في مواقع الأنترنت هذه الخدمات ليست موجودة عندهم في الواقع ، عندي مغادرتي حُجزت مرة أخرى في صالون الانتظار لأن موظفة الاستقبال " الأخرى " ليست متأكدة من أنني دفعت ماعلي من مستحقات فلم تجد واصل الدفع الخاص بغرفتي ، حتى بعد أن أخبرتها أنني حجزت عن طريق موقع الكتروني أصرت علي أن أجلس في " صاون الانتظار " مرة أخرى لتتأكد

cet hôtel mal situé,pas mal de choses ne sont pas au top,fuite des robinets,problême avec bouton d'éclairage,lorsque que l'on signal une anomalie a la reception pas de suite,présence de cafards dans les chambres,aimabilité du personnel,peu de choix au restaurant,environnement bruyant,et le clou c'est ce nigt club dans l'hôtel je ne suis pas prêt d'y retourné

Ein Problem Wo ich angekommen bin am 6.1.2014 zirka 16 Uhr hat der Hotel Mitarbeiter von mir nochmal Geld verlangt obwohl das ich ihn gesagt habe das ich ihn die Reservierung gegeben habe. Der behauptet das die Reservierung nicht bezahlt wurde und wollte noch über 200 Dh haben. Wo ich gesagt habe ich Ruf die Firma an hat der gesagt hier den Schlüssel es kommt jemand der dich noch informiert. Und diese Fall ist nicht nur mir passiert mein Bruder auch. Ich bitte um ihre Verständnis den Fall nochmal nach zugehen.

Hotel amenities, beware

In this stay, I have experienced, multiple times, how amenities staff works hand on hand with management (camera never working) to rip you off, you like it or not. And also how ridiculous a manager can be to lie for a few bucks. At this place, you're not a guest. At this place you wanna be VERY careful.
