Teleurstellend

Reservering was niet doorgekomen. Er was geen kamer meer vrij, waardoor we de eerste nacht in de kelder in (vermoedelijk) een slaapkamer van het personeel, zonder toilet en douche, hebben moeten slapen. De twee overige nachten konden we wel in een kamer terecht. Echter was deze veel te klein voor 3 personen, functioneerde de douche niet en ook de wifi werkte niet. We hebben dit wel aangekaart, maar er werd niets mee gedaan.

“Posizione strategica”

Do un eccellete a questo hotel per la posizione alla Medina di Fes " 3 minuti a piedi " per la gentilezza ricevuta al nostro arrivo e per il prezzo davvero a portata di tutti. Purtroppo molto scadente e poco pulito ma prezzo e posizione hanno la meglio.

The rooms smelled bad, and the hotel was in decrepit shape. Nothing worked, and they did not take credit cards.

The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan ambience. The staff are friendly and honest. Hotel is very close to the market.

Rude and unfriendly!

Unless you are a man I would not stay at this hotel. The staff at this hotel treated us like second class citizens. They never answered any of our questions, brushed us off and were totally rude. They could barely utter good morning! DO NOT STAY here, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Adjacent to entrance to the medina

The location was great for walking to the medina more than one time. It was also close to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast service did not begin until 8 A.M. and was slow. The room was dark and needed more light. The bathroom floor got wet because of the shower arrangement.

Hôtel calme et bien situé

Hôtel bien situé : en face du grand parc où il fait bon se reposer à l'ombre d'un palmier. Par ailleurs, il est également situé à 300 mètres de Bab Boujloud, entrée incontournable de la médina. Les chambres sont tout à fait correct. L'hôtel est calme et le personnel accueillant. Je le conseille notamment pour son rapport qualité/prix. En chambre individuelle, la nuit m'a coûté 18 € en pleine saison. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux est à 2€. C'est clairement l'hôtel dans lequel je retournerai si je suis de passage à Fès.

L'hotel est bien situé mais les chambres ont besoin d'entretien, nous avons séjourné trois nuits et pas de menage pendant ces trois jours (donc pas de papier toilette par exemple...). Les équipement annoncés fonctionnent mais ne sont pas toujours idéals: les toilettes sont presque à l'intérieur de la douche, les carreaux de la salle de bain ne sont pas propres.

Dichtbij de medina, vriendelijk personeel, airco op de kamer, schone kamers met koelkastje/minibar, wifi beneden in de algemene ruimte. Je kunt ontbijten, maar dat is erg basaal. We zijn hier een paar dagen geweest als onderdeel van een rondreis in Marokko, en hebben Fes en Meknes bezocht. Enige minpunt vonden we de krappe badkamer, maar omdat we er maar een paar dagen waren was dat niet zo erg.

Convenient Location

3 minutes walk to the medina, good location. With free Wifi at public area. Reasonable price. The only problem is I stay there for 3 nights, there was hot water problem in my room for two nights....I need to ask them to fix.....

my stay

although i had to return to fez from Marrakesh as when i handed my passport in at reception when i first arrived and didn't want to go out with it for supper, the receptionist didn't remember to hand it back to me an i forgot so i wasted money an time on the return trip!! I also wasn't told that what i thought was complementary Biscuits and cold drinks in the room fridge was in fact payable !! there were no notices as to customers being charged for the items. they need to make sure this is clear

Clean and convenient

Very clean. Not in the medina but a quick walk to Bab Babjloud. The guy at reception wasn't particularly friendly and they didn't have a map nor any clear information on how to get one. My rate didn't include breakfast but Cafe Clock not very far with good breakfast and terrace -- and you can buy a map there for 20 DH. No real hot water but I didnt bother to alert them to what they probably already knew - i managed with the "not cold" water fine. Room heater worked and extra blanket was very warm. Bonus was TV in room had channel 8 which showed movies in English. Overall a very good value and I would stay again.

Good for the price but no wifi in room

Pros: Right next to the medina which is nice. Comfortable bed with TV (one english channel). There's heat! (which is a rarity at this price point, although it doesn't work amazingly) Cons: No wifi in room like stated in description. The shower in the morning was cold. The toilet had a pretty loud perpetual dripping sound. Breakfast is offered for 20 DH, but I didn't have it.
