Need resurface bathroom n aircon is not working property when we were given a room, i complain to the front desk regarding the aircon and just lies that the temperature are all the same setting it was hot, all around the hotel i called the following day n talk to different front desk person n he had someone chks it and he change our room n it a good air-conditioning 👍 i use Ibis in UK, ibis Tangier and now in Fez

Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks

After we come back from Chefchaouen, we stay here because we take train to Casablanca tomorrow morning. It takes for 30 seconds to get to the train station from the hotel. Also they have a decent restaurant serving ala carte with wine

Dated property but good for the price, all amenities as advertised. Well kept terrace and pool area. Breakfast buffet had sufficient choices, nothing fancy. Located next to train station with plenty of taxi availability. 5 minute taxi ride to the old medina. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Surrounding area a little gritty, but has some good low cost cafes.

Convenient Hotel

The staff are wonderful and very professional. The location of this Ibis is ideal. It is a short walk to the Royal Palace and after that the old city is close by. I liked the hotel’s pool area as well.

The property is located near the train station, so noisy and too much traffic, not enough parking and unsafe , hotel amenities are very limited , staff is wonderful rooms are clean , breakfast is very poor quality and also very limited , boiled eggs were ice cold

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is dated especially the bathrooms but was in a great location for train station . Breakfast was good and the pool was excellent and was cleaned regularly would stay again

Convienient spot next to the train station and always plenty of taxis. But the walking area around the hotel wasnt the nicest. Dirty and not the most safe. Hotel itself was nice. Easy check in/check out and pool was clean.

Next to Fes rail station

NExt to Fes rail station. Plenty of taxis to get around very cheaply or easy to walk. Good swimming pool. Basic room, disappointed there was no kettle to make tea. Comfortable.

Located next to the Fes train station. Lots of eateries nearby. About 20-25 minutes drive away from the medina. Hotel has a nice pool. Room a bit small and overall cleanliness can be improved.

Good property, it does the job. The location was 10 minute drive away from the Médina, but you’re walking distance to the train station. Some good food choices around, pretty good hotel for a 2 night stay, I wish the A/C was a little more powerful, that could’ve been better, but other than that no other complaints!

Hotel room was a twin room and was absolutely fine. Clean beds, floor, great location with train station and taxi stand. Pool area very relaxing. Plenty of food options for cheap nearby. Check in was simple. Decent price. Would be using it again in future for any trips to Fes. Only small issue would be nice to have few more sockets for electronics but not a big deal at all.

Very good activity Sahara Desert Tours from Fez to Marrakesh. I did this Tours with Berrada Company , they were very puntual , comfortable Vans , friendly driver explaining us everything about Morocco and amazing Camel Riding . Tents were very comfy , comfortable, well decorated and secure. Thanks Mr Berrada for your hospitality !

I arrived late at night trains were delayed. On arrival the system was down but every care was taken to accommodate me whilst they got things back up and running. Suhur was only served until 2 am and no hot drinks but reception staff could see how tired I was and made arrangements for suhur to be served at 3am with hot morrocan tea. It the little things that set apart great customer service. I was really happy and amazed at the service that an offered. .

helpful front desk staff, clean hotel, privacy if that's what you want, the only thing I had an issue was with the sick waitstaff was so sick for two days he coughed all day for two days all over the hotel and on the coffee. if staff is sick they have to stay home.
