No booking on arrival we are not the only ones , someone posted that this happened to them only two hours previous to our arrival, black mailed into paying 2,000, mdh up front , they wanted 3,500 up front for seven nights but I declined at 72, I needed my bed, this is the fifth visit to fes in four years , WARNING STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE MANAGERS ,They are not the sweet family owners they purport to be WHO I WILL CALL SCAMMERS and or fraudsters

Le riad de la mort

Aucune satisfaction dans ce riad qui n en est pas un loin de la .accueil glaciale et non professionnel ses gens devrait être bani du circuit touristique. Nous avions réserver et payer et ils nous ont annoncer que la résa etais pas solvable. Prétextant que le site internet dont nous étions en provenance ne travaille pas avec eux.du coup on a payer une deuxième fois mais qu elle déception la chambre est degeulass aucune propreté le lit également pourri et l humidité et la poussière partout avec l odeur des wc en prime .a eviterrrrrrrrr au secours appeler les pompiers la maison un film d horreur j ai dormis dans mes vetement sur mon manteau et pas de petit déjeuner trop pourri et indécent aucun service propre et agréable fuyerrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!! Je ne sais pas pourquoi hotel.com met toujours l annonce de ce riad exécrable.

faking style booking and staff

it was so horrible. At first we arrived, the staff said they don’t accept my booking cus they don’t use hotels.com and they said pay money which was 3times more expansive than the websites even if my money already went out from my credit card when i booked . One of the staff kept saying i’ll call expedia but when they did always go to the another room and i can’t watch they really did like that. Anyway it was so terrible. everyone please be care for when book this hotel .

L'établissement a refusé de nous recevoir le jour même de l'arrivée alors que le séjour avait déjà été réglé depuis plusieurs mois. Honteux ! Heureusement, le service client d'Expedia a été très réactif et nous a tout de suite relogées ailleurs. Passez votre chemin pour ce riad en tout cas!

We had a paid and confirmed reservation at this property. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no reservation and no room for us. We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Upon contacting Expedia, they tried to reach the property via telephone to no avail several times. This issue has now been escalated and we are still waiting for a refund. This property is a SCAM. Please avoid at all costs!!!

Séjour très agréable, très bon accueil. Un peu difficile à trouver la première fois, mais après, très facile d'y retourner. Très beau petit riad. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.
