We had to wait over 45 minutes to get hot shower. The entire place was very cold. They have heat but they do not turn it on.

Good stay

The location is very convenient for CTM bus station, especially using an early morning or late night bus. Staffs are very very kind. Just a one weak point for me is that toilet drainage was a little bit leaking.

フェズ駅からも歩いて行ける距離にあり、またメディナまでは約20ディルハムで行けます。ネガティブな口コミばかり目立ちましたがとてもいい宿でした。Wi-Fiもあります。朝食つきでしたが時間が合わず食べれなかったのですが、チェックアウト時にはパンを持たせてくれました。私たちの部屋は入り口に近く話し声が聞こえる等、壁は薄いかもしれません。私たちはあまり気にならなかったので、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。

We got there after spending a few days in the desert and were greeted with a warm smile. The staff were always willing to help, giving us directions, getting us taxis, etc. Breakfast was nice but we would have prefered a less continental option with more local bites. Overall, great value for money and a very pleasent experience.

A solid 3 star

Let's not kid ourselves. this is NOT a 4 star property, because it just doesn't have the luxury or standard of the 4 star. My comments/review is based on the assumption this is a 3 star property. Start from the good. It's located in the new town, 20 dirham to the medina on taxi if you bargain hard, or 2.5 or 4 dirham on the bus if you have the google map help to navigate. It's a big far but still walkable to the Fes train station and the shopping mall (with Carrefour supermarket and highend shopping). The room facility is basic, wifi is good. hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very basic as commented by other fellow travelers. Things need to improve: The floor is ceramic tile, very uncomfortable to walk on barefoot, especially after you take a shower. I brought a pair of flip-flops (intended for pools and beaches in Morocco but not in a hotel room) and put them to use; Also when I booked the hotel on Expedia it says all taxes and fees included, however I ended up pay extra 4 euro per night for some additional fee, it was not much but if they need to charge this fee it's better to specify clearly on Expedia. If have the right expectation and want to stay away from the madness and crowd in medina, then this is a good alternative based on its rate.

Riad Muy cómo, original y con vistas.

Los chicos que llevan el Riad nos ayudaron para dejar el coche y con la localización. Nos recomendaron sitios a visitar y restaurantes. La cama es de las más cómodas que he probado en Marruecos. Tiene una Mezquita muy próxima, pero esto pasa en el 75% de los establecimientos. Desayunar en la terraza fue espectacular.

Petit riad à l'accueil très sympathique.

Great space

The courtyard was peaceful and the hotel beautifully decorated. But the rooms were a very dark (poorly lit) and while there is satellite tv, if you only understand English you'll be disappointed. The hotel staff arranged for a guide for us for a day and were helpful at negotiating the surrounding neighbourhood - which is a little sketchy. All in all though I'd go back if ever in Fes again :-)

Lo dicho un frio horrible el A.A. no funcionaba o no querían que funcionara, el cuarto de baño más frio aún. La habitación donde desayunabas más aún, no ponían el A.A. El desayuno bastante malo, pedi unas mandarinas y me las negaran el kilo de mandarinas esta a 3 dirhan 0,3€ . En la información que ustedes dan, decía que los impuestos estaban incluidos y querían cobrarnos nos 4€ por persona y noche a lo que nos negamos, durante todo nuestro viaje por Marruecos en todos las reservas venían especificado el importe , nos negamos a pagarlos y se puesieron un poco desagradables, diciendonos que el personal no iba a cobrar por nuestra culpa. No recomendaria para nada este hotel

Dar Aliane was amazing!

Staff was extremely friendly; the room was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. The location is very convenient: close enough to major roads to get cabs (takes less than 10 min. to get into the Old Medina), yet secluded enough to have peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.
