「The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...

「Repräsentatives Hotel mit südländischem Charme. Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. Böden könnten neu gemacht werden. Super Lage, tolle Dachterrasse, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!」

「Wir haben es sehr genossen. Den Pool im Garten hatten wir für uns alleine. Frühstück sehr lecker und grosse Auswahl. Optimale Lage um den Familypark zu besuchen.」

「Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt.」

「Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereich top Der zugang zur therme war super sicher für die kinder. Die bar war sehr schön und entspannend. Und die unterkunft und die möglichkeiten auch für kinder top 👍 」

「Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Service ebenfalls.Sehr aufmerksam und um die Gäste sehr bemüht. Den Gartenbereich auf der Seeseite war leider nicht vorbereitet. An ein facelifting sollte man in der nächsten Zeit mal denken.」

「What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!」

「We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.」
