「Planned a night here to celebrate a 40th birthday no special extra included.
Hotel is well worn and out dated.
Noise can be heard from adjacent rooms.
Needs an upgrade and lower costing.」
「Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed.
Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings.
Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up...
「Very welcoming on arrival, large clean en-suite room, fabulous breakfast that set us up for the day and special dietary needs catered for. Would visit again. Highly recommended.」
