"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"The room was very clean and a nice size for a double room. They have a little self service spot area, which is nice for those who like that. There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!"

"Unfortunately, this hotel was missing many of the fine details you would expect from a five star property. On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. The rooms also lacked the level of comfort and quiet you would expect at this price point. The doors felt thin and offered very little soundproofing, meaning we could hear almost every bit of noise from the hallway while trying to sleep. The bedding was also very average, with flat pillows and a mattress that did not feel particularly luxurious. It was very clean and had really nice decor. The pool was great. Overall, the experience fell short of the standard I would expect from a five star hotel. It lacked the attention to detail, comfort and service recovery that should come with the rating and price. Unfortunately, I would not return, which is a shame as I had high hopes."

"We are really selective when it comes to travel. We had the suite (Room 409), directly outside the pool entrance. The hotel was brilliant. Great location. Great food. Gym and Sauna was empty when i used it everyday. The Cinema was no longer in operation, which we did'nt know until we asked to use it. Layout of the hotel is great and really great location to the city and old town. First time with HM and was really impressed."

The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel beautifully blends its historic convent setting with modern elegance, creating a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Palma’s old town. My room was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with excellent amenities and thoughtful attention to detail. The rooftop terrace and spa were highlights, offering the perfect places to unwind after exploring the city. What truly sets Convent de la Missió apart is its atmosphere: luxurious yet understated, refined yet completely focused on guest comfort. With outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and a superb location, it’s a hotel I would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca."
