「Was given a room on the ground floor which had a broken patio door onto the gardens. Informed staff about this at 6pm but it had not been looked at by the time I arrived back at the hotel at 9.30pm. Reception staff then looked at the door and were unable to fix it. I requested to be moved for security reasons as I was anxious about having an unlocked door on the ground floor and staff responded with ‘menorca doesn’t have a high crime rate it’ll be fine’. 「Lovely central hotel apartments very spacious and well cared for. Rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels. Pool area was lovely. Bar in hotel but not in use. Breakfast was adequate although outdoor tables could do with wiping down. All in alll a good experience」

「The Villa is one of many situated in a quiet estate 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. The property we stayed in (located towards the centre of the estate) exceeded our expectations. The Villa was surrounded by both real and artificial privacy screen/fencing meaning that when using our own pool, sunbathing etc etc we were not being overlooked by our neighbours.
