「The rooms were clean but dated. The hot tub didn’t work too well. It was a comfortable room. We had a trailer with an expensive motorcycle in it but were told we had to park it far away in an unsecured lot. The next morning a huge hertz rental van was parked where we had asked to park, not cool.」

「This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected.
The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...
