Some rooms seams to be really nice but unfortunately our room was in the basement with out direct connection to the garden and the patio. We were very disappointed but could easily shorten our stay. The Staff was super friendly and understand our problem. It was main season so maybe we just had bad luck. We spoke to other guests and the had really nice rooms. The breakfast was great and made with lots of love - but the kitchen isn't prepared to cook.
Fermo is a historic city and somebody will love it but for us - we are a couple middle age with a small dog it wasn't the right place. I'm sure that most of the rooms are beautiful because the building is really nice and the staff are very concerned about it.
