「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. 「Die Unterkunft war toll, bequemes Bett und auch sonst alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles war sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten bei den Attraktionen, auch fährt die Linie C5 fast vor der Haustüre ab. Es war kein Problem von hier mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof zu gelangen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Lokale und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und trotzdem war es Nachts ruhig. Ich würde hier immer wieder Übernachten.」
