"We had incredible stays to celebrate my son’s graduation in Westin. Our GEA Lareina is amazing and helpful, she provided thoughtful service such us 24 hours online chat and sent us trip plans. The environment was peaceful, clean, and staffs were friendly. There are many options of food of breakfast, kids liked it, and we enjoyed happy hours in the club too. Overall, we were happy of our stay and Westin will be our first choice, We will be back again!"

"Had an amazing stay at Seya. The location cannot be more convenient and is at the heart of the city. The bird view from the room is breathtaking and the in-room mini swimming pool brings so much fun to our stay. The best part I have to say is the staff and “butler/housekeeper” who has been so helpful to take care of every detail of our stay. Highly recommend this place"

"Overall good stay, but could use some improvements. Finding the hotel can be difficult if not given previous instructions on how to get there, as it’s part of a larger collection of hotels in one building with designated elevators, but staff were helpful enough to provide that beforehand. Lobby is shared on the 21st floor with no restrictions on smoking, unfortunately. And we need to be patient and aware on waiting for the elevators. In regards to the room, river view was great with tall windows and a bathtub. It would be better if the bathtub didn’t move when pushed and if the light strips in that area worked too. Bathtowels and bathrobes were provided, but some hand towels would be nice for the 1st floor too. The counter on the main level looked nice and convenient, but unlevelled and appeared unsturdy. Great location for walks and shopping."
