「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. 「Man bekommt einen kleinen Raum Straßenseite. Lärm von der Straße ist massiv. Lärm im Haus über durchschnittlich. Es ist wirklich nur zum Schlafen aber das ist mit so einem lauten Standort eher unmöglich oder ermüdend. Man teilt eine kleine Dusche und Toilette mit maximal 12 Leute」

「If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
