The room was in good condition, amenities were fine. Biggest issue was the location of the room to San Pedro Square. Unless the windows and doors are replaced there is a major noise issue in this unit - every night of the week there is live music, on Thurs-Sat there is music until 2:00am. This is very impactful to sleep

people were really nice and overall very kind and accepting. they got me a room when i got there real early and let me stay in the vending area and offered me coffee. would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights during Thanksgiving. What a wonderful hotel/casino. My husband and I are not big gamblers however what a blast we had! The "Chicken" art is fabulous and our room was spotless and comfy. Also appreciated the complimentary valet service. Staff were courteous and always smiling!
