"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. "I was lucky enough to stay here for an entire week solo. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"
