The property for an all-inclusive package charged 1 euros per day per towel and $25 euros for one week for the safe box. I have never experienced that traveling any where in the Europe or any part of the world especially for all-inclusive facility. Food was fine but they mostly make a lot of pork dishes.

Our whole stay was amazing. Only the food was a little bit boring, because it was everyday the same and less spanish or local food. All in all our stay was very well and we would come back to Portocolom again!!!

Amazing. Best part of Mallorca trip

Absolutely amazing. I rented a car and drove all over Mallorca. This was by far my favorite location and hotel stay. Amazing property to stay at and enjoy the view, also many beautiful beaches nearby.

The stay was very average. I will start with the pros first: The location: it is in a very quiet area with the most amazing views of the sea. If you want to venture out, there are a few restaurants and bars near by and cala d'or is a 20 min taxi ride away if you want all the touristy stuff The staff: super friendly staff- they will go out of their way to assist. A lot of space and available sunbeds: there is a lot of space around the resort and the 6th floor. Lots of places to tan! Sauna and steam room: lovely little assets to the hotel Cons: Food and drinks: very repetitive and quite salty. Cocktails were quite sweet for our liking as were the juices. Air con: the air conditioning was not the best around the hotel especially in our room. Rooms: quite dated and the rooms occasionally had a smell Towels: as an all inclusive resort, I would have assumed that the towels would be all inclusive, but we had to put a deposit per person as well as €2.50 per day to use them. All in all, it was an average stay, however 2 out of the 4 days we were there we went out in the evening for dinner and went out once for lunch. If you like just chilling by the pool from morning till sunset this place is for you, however i think as a couple, we needed a little more adventure and things to do.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i alla delar. Utmärkt städning och bemötande i resturang. Glöm inte bort att gå upp till terassen på våning 6 och kolla på utsikten. Extra plus till den lilla ”gräsplätten” med solstolar som nästan ingen kom till. En liten oas på hotellet.

Super séjour, hébergement très bien, propre, moderne, bcp d’équipement (2 piscines, accès à la mer (pas de plage mais échelle qui descend directement dans la mer avec vue imprenable) Dommage que le spa (hammam et sauna) était hors service ! Mais super et salle de sport au dernier étage avec vue sur la Méditerranée magnifique

Péssimo serviço: informação incorreta

Inicialmente fiquei decepcionado pois no ato de reserva havia informado que havia estacionamento disponível (independente de pago ou nao). Chegando la perguntei por estacionamento e me informaram que nao havia e que teria que deixar o carro na rua. Fiquei 20 procurando vaga na rua a 1.1 km do hotel. Pior de tudo, nao deixaram nem eu deixar as malas antes, tive que andar com elas! Nao recomendo este hotel para quem esta de carro esperando um estacionamento.

Prachtige omgeving met overal ligbedjes met uitzicht op de oceaan. We hadden all inclusive en het eten is uitgebreid en wordt dagelijks afgewisseld met nieuwe gerechten. Het drinken viel tegen; cocktails lijken meer op meer sapjes en wat Seven-Up moest voorstellen was water met prik. Hoewel de kamers schoon en netjes zijn en de bedden beter slapen dan verwacht, is het erg gehorig. Je kan alle geluiden van je buren horen. De medewerkers zijn allemaal heel vriendelijk en attent; borden worden snel weggehaald.

Wunderschöne Lage, schöne Anlage, ausschließlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und generell sehr sauber (Anlage inkl. Zimmer) Das Frühstück war total okay. Das Abendessen ist leider nicht so gut. Der Fisch war zweimal gestorben und es fehlten Gewürze. Leider war das Essen auch nicht sehr regional. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen und im Bad gab es keine Lüftung oder sie hat nicht funktioniert. Die Betten waren allerdings sehr bequem. Alles in Allem ein sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel. Wegen des Essens würden wir jedoch nicht nochmal anreisen. Die Restaurantempfehlung der netten Dame an der Rezeption war allerdings unfassbar gut!
