「來歐洲住過最好的飯店，有健身房游泳泳池飯店裡有洗衣機兩間浴室兩間臥房還有很大的客廳跟廚房，我們花很多的時間待在飯店，隔壁有超市採購很方便，L E H E L地鐵站旁邊就有傳統市場Legos很好吃，傳統市場很好逛大推這家飯店服務好！用」

The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The rooms did not even have toilet paper. They were not properly cleaned—there was hair everywhere, and the trash bin was still full of garbage left by the previous guests. The communication truly was awesome as we had a weather delay that made us late for the airport pickup and they helped us get picked up and into our apartment! 「Accomodation is ok but a loud whistle noise coming from the main reception woke us up at 4am. The fire alarm went off at 4.45 am in the main reception. It was awfully loud. Someone turned it off 10 mins later but it went off 3 more times after. Very bad sleep, practically none existent. Reception said in the morning that someone was smoking in their room, however the alarm was activated at the main reception. Also the fire box in the corridor was smashed.
