「Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel」

「Notre séjour de 13 jours a été vraiment top. le logement et le batiment sont vraiment excellent. Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur.
