「There was no pots or a pan to cook with and no microwave dishes, there was only 1 cereal bowl for 2 people for breakfast. No dishcloth for washing up.」

「Parking was easy, as was check in. The room was clean (extremely dark because of all the brick, but ok) and shower was good. The smell of the air freshener that had been used was so strong it was making us feel very ill. It seemed like it would have been clean enough not to have to cover any smells so my suggestion is to get rid of the chemical air freshener. We couldn’t wait to get into the fresh air!」
