They do not even give you a bottle of water for the room. The refreshment machine is old and only takes money, no cards. Had to go to the gym which was just a room with 4 items to workout with and get water from a cup.

Great service by front desk, dining and housekeepers. Stayed there 14 days and the location was great for our travel needs. Community is a little out dated in the rooms but very clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast and coffee every morning met our needs. We would definitely stay there again as the cost was affordable for our two week visit to North Carolina.

My two boys and I were in town for a basketball tournament. The night before I looked online to book a room and booked here. So thankful I did! Every single staff member I interacted with was super friendly! Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff- everyone was amazing! The hotel isn't new, but it was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly!

comfortable rooms - full beds were a bit small for 2 people and rooms are not very big. fine for 1-2 nights. no bath - only showers. nice and welcoming staff. we didnt have breakfast as it opened at 7am on the weekend and we had to leave before then.

Our handicap accessible room was nice. I would have liked to have a second bed instead of a sleeper sofa though. The bathroom was clean and spacious. They only had a shower chair for the tub. With a new lower leg amputee in our group, a walk-in shower or at least a transfer style bench would have made shower access possible for her. Climbing into the tub was not possible. Other than that, the bathroom was large and easy to maneuver her wheelchair in. The bed was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa. It was not very comfortable, but it could have been worse. The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, sweets, yogurt, and so on. The attendant, Diane, warmly greeted us, was very attentive, and helpful. I was absolutely appreciative of her genuine kindness. The front slope into the main lobby was a bit challenging with a wheelchair and also the luggage cart. You have to park down a distance to access a ramp then walk to the main entrance. Overall, it was a good room with easy access for her manual wheelchair, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was above average.

This was my second time staying there and I feel like they could not keep up with breakfast. There was a big crowd in there, and the pans were constantly empty; in turn, made the staff really frazzled.

Honestly, I didn’t have one complaint about staying here. Everything was clean, decor and upgrades were modern. My favorite was the outdoor pool and lounge area. It’s very spacious and had a fire pit, etc. The staff was extremely friendly.

Good value for the price. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which made for a very pleasant night’s sleep. However, there were a few drawbacks. The room did not include extra sheets or pillows, and the pullout couch did not have any bedding available, making it difficult to use as an additional sleeping space. Additionally, the room lacked basic items such as silverware or other simple kitchen utensils that can be helpful during a stay. Overall, while the comfort and price were positives, the limited amenities were a noticeable inconvenience.
