I booked the room for one night. Poor choice trusting the ravishing reviews. My partner and I got to the room and we immediately noticed the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. We saw a baby bottle top of some sort located underneath the sink in the bedroom area. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! There was hair; both curly and straight on the bathroom floor. It didn’t look like it had been swept or mopped because there was sticky residue on the bathroom floor. There was some kind of brown substance in the bathtub and some debris in the sink. The bedroom floors had crumbs on it. We didn’t even put our things down before I called the front desk. We watched the clerk walk to another room they were going to put us in next. She came to the original room and took pictures of our complaints. Before we moved to the next room my partner went to check it out and that room had not been cleaned either. Although the clerk was apologetic I asked if I would be refunded for the room because it was a major disappointment. Based on the reviews I expected better, though the hotel may have been updated the cleaning service was not. I booked a room next door at the Holiday inn. When my partner asked about the refund the clerk told him I would have to contact Expedia to let a rep know I didn’t stay in the room and then wait for a rep to contact the hotel for confirmation before receiving my refund. The hotel didn’t answer the call, now I have to wait 72 hours until the hotels decision.

One of the nicest value hotels I’ve stayed in recently. This hotel had been recently renovated. It was nicely done, clean rooms, the breakfast had a selection of hot and cold foods. The staff paid attention to detail, along with being very friendly and helpful.

Although the room smelled clean after wiping up a small spill on the floor the towel was black. We were traveling for an event and discovered that there was no hangers or an iron. Also I unfortunately forgot my body was and the one in the shower was dry as a bone. Also they could use better curtains or blinds since the property is lit up like a landing strip. Take your eye mask if you need the room dark. Not sure how this property has such a high rating.

Parking was easy but not secure at all. People come and hang out, smoke, and play music loudly. Random people waking out the woods etc… The gym was nice nothing amazing but actually kept up nicely with equipment that works! They’re really pet friendly which I loved. They only charge $15/night for pets. I didn’t get in the pool but the area doesn’t make you really want to. If you need a place that isn’t expensive then this is the one.

The room was clean. But the location of our room was terrible. We had some very inconsiderate people next to us. Very loud and the children were constantly looking in our room and screaming in front of our door. No parental control. Will not be going back.

Reception lady was great, parking also, but the room was far from what was posted on the website, especially bathroom. Light bulbs in couple of lamps had to be tighten to make it work. Sounds from adjacent rooms were "loud and clear". Breakfast was decent, but there was not a plain non-sweetened yogurt.

Everything was great. I didn't get there till after 11 and the front door was really secure ... which is a great thing! I called as the directions said and the front dest fellow came and let me in. I'm sorry I do not remember his name but super nice guy! Check in was a breeze and the room looked new and very clean. I will stay here again!! Thanks

Very nice young lady at the front desk. Had a nice conversation with her. The gym was small but suited my needs. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to go in. I would definitely stay again. Maybe on my way home.

The hotel room was modern and clean. It was pet friendly so we were able to stay with our dogs which was really helpful! The free breakfast was convenient and there was a large assortment of food.
