This was an easy and cheap stay without being a cheap experience. The area can be iffy but overall 9/10 would stay again

My husband and I stayed here for the Spartan Trifecta weekend. While they were in the middle of renovating and parking wasn't they easiest to get, the staff was very friendly and everything was clean ( I'm sure it's going to look great when it's finished). They had a perfect breakfast for fueling the body and rooms were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was modern with a rain shower head which was wonderful after a day of mud.

Remodel was being done and there were literal holes dug up all around the front and side of the property and not fenced off, a motorcyclist actually hit a whole in front of the building and turned over. Did not even have milk or cream available for coffee after breakfast which the breakfast was very lackluster and the pancake machine made 50cent size pancakes when it was working. The room was ok but would not recommend until construction is finished.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to the mall, other stores and restaurants. There was construction going on and landscaping but even with this, I do plan to stay here again when in Fayetteville.

This is by far the nicest we have stayed at on our trip heading south from Maine. It is under some exterior renovation, but the inside is beautiful. Complimentary breakfast also best we’ve had by a long shot! Would most definitely stay here again !

Clean, comfortable, newly renovated.
Reservation had issues at check in. Issue was between hotels.com and the hotel. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful while fixing the issue. Room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Hotel is currently under renovations but there is very little construction noise. I was very unhappy with the inability to change inputs on the tv. Instead of being able to connect my device to hdmi I was stuck with very basic cable.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the ladies cleaning to the lady handing the breakfast, very polite and friendly. Welcoming experience from the time you check in to the time you check out. Rooms are nice size and very clean. Enjoyed the bathroom as well. Morning breakfast was great with variety. Enjoyed my stay

Both my wife and I have disabilities and everyone went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was fantastic, all of the facilities were very clean and well-kept. The best part of our stay there were the people who worked there. We’ll use Holiday Inn Express again

I booked a king suite and was called a few hours before arriving and told that my room would not be ready in time for my stay and I would be placed in a double queen. Then, the AC broke during the first night of the stay and the staff was apathetic about it. I had to leave after just one night because it was so unbearable in our room with the heat and humidity. I woke up with a splitting headache from the pressure in the room without AC. The room was barely decent to sleep in but the floors were grungy throughout the hotel (I wore sandals everywhere so my feet would not touch the floor) and there was a hole in one of the bed’s comforters. Also, randomly spliced patches in the walls, no functioning USB ports, 1 available outlet to charge laptop/phone, unattentive staff and smokers lining the walkway on the way in and out of the hotel. All in all I will never stay there again!
