"Favorite place to stay when I come to visit"

"In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also."

"It enough staff. No one at the desk most of the time. 2 hard working women in the kitchen and dining area. Pancake machine broken. “Juice” bar has sign “all products contain Stevia”. Not juice but artificially sweetened beverage. Room looked clean on surface. Unfortunately, I saw an item on floor under counter which made me look down and the metal bar on floor of counter was covered in dust. Room darkening shade didn’t work and could not be raised. No one available to fix it. Checkout- no one...
