Beautiful setting and peaceful hotel

This is a wonderful place to stay and was our second visit to this hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms in such a beautiful location. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice. We will revisit.

Dissapointment that the hotel is not a Logis. We had stayed previousy and earned vouchers on the ETIK membershipand so wer not impressed when our vouchers were not acceptable.

Bon petit hôtel en campagne

Charmant petit hôtel dans la campagne non loin de la baie de Somme. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Mauvais fonctionnement de la chasse d’eau qui a vraiment du mal à évacuer (chambre 111). Restaurant de qualité avec une bonne diversité, bonne carte des vins. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Personnels agréables et serviables. À envisager quand les hôtels du Crotoy n’ont plus de place !

Nous avions une bouilloire avec de la moisissure dedans malheureusement. De ce fait nous n'avons pas pû prendre notre café du matin. Il y a avais une planche de la salle de bain qui ne tenait pas bien, difficulté a ranger des affaires dans salla de bain. Le 4 ème lit, n'était pas un lit a lit a mes yeux. Nous réservons une chambre pour 4 personnes, 2 adultes et 2 enfant. Même si c'est des enfant a ce prix là un enfant ne devrais pas dormir dans un lit comme ça. Nous avons été déçu.

Excellent séjour ! Accueil et service remarquables. Le parc est sublime. Avec mon fils on a également profité du Spa pour une heure privatisée. Un régal ! Une petite suggestion: je conseille l'ajout de petits tapis antidérapants entre la douche sensorielle et le jacuzzi.

Un bon séjour

L'hôtel est situé dans un beau cadre, propre et facile d'accès. Notre chambre n'était pas celle que nous avions choisie sur l'appli, nous avions demandé la suite avec canapé lit et avions eu un petit lit avec lit tiroir, vraiment pas adapté pour 2 ados de 15 ans. Le chauffage n'était pas mis en route a notre arrivée et 2h plus tard il y faisait tjs froid. Après nous avoir proposé un chauffage d'appoint que nous avons refusé car insuffisant vu que le chauffage de la SDB était HS on nous a proposé une autre chambre. Cette fois il s'agissait d'un canapé lit, d'une plus belle et plus grande chambre, rien a voir, nous y étions très bien. On sent malheureusement que l'entente entre l'hotel et le site hôtels.com n'est pas des plus cordiale, on nous incite fort a réserver en direct pour avoir plus d'avantages. Suite a une mauvaise interprétation concernant la gratuité de l'accès au hammam et jacuzzi l'hôtel nous a gentiment permis d'en profiter pendant 1h, c'était très agréable. Attention donc, même si cela n'est pas précisé sur le site, cet accès est a 30 euros de l'heure par personne. Idem pour le pdj, il est a 17€ et non 15 comme précisé sur le site. Prenez le quand meme, il est délicieux !!! Nous avons dîné au restaurant, très bien également.

On a eu froid...

A notre arrivée, le chauffage était éteint dans notre chambre. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et la réceptionniste nous a dit de mettre le chauffage à fond. Sauf que le chauffage au sol à mis très longtemps à arriver...Tellement longtemps que j'ai dû demander un chauffage d'appoint. Le chauffage au sol est arrivé dans la nuit et cumulé au chauffage d'appoint, la chambre était trop chauffé à la fin...Bref, je comprends les économies effectuées par l'hôtel mais il est vraiment désagrable d'arriver dans une chambre et de devoir garder son manteau surtout avec deux enfants en bas âge. A part ça, l'endroit est charmant est les employés sont serviables. Niveau restauration, la carte est bien mais pour les adultes...Si vous cherchez un "steak frites" pour vos enfants, c'est raté. L'expérience fut donc mitigée pour nous.
