Clean and quiet room, make sure to bring your own toiletries or shampoo, the room has hand soap, a liquid soap in the shower, hair dryer, towels, and 2 clothes hangers, bed was comfortable, I would skip the breakfast, 15 minutes walk to Fátima Cathedral

Chk in process was ok. Parking was good. Place did not feel welcoming no greetings on our ins and outs from the hotel. Lacking in amenities: not a small fridge, shampoo: just the all in one body wash. No control over room temperature. Hair dryer was like the tubed for vacuuming. Place was just ok to sleep at night.

The bed and pillows were rock hard. Bathroom Sink was cracked in 1 corner and carpet was stained. Street noise from cars and birds were loud so bring ear plugs. There was a tree on the main street just outside the main entrance where there seem to have 100s of noisy birds. Hotel cannot control that but be aware of the noise. Many bus tours there. The positive was the staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby clean. Breakfast area was clean. Walking distance to Fatima and close street parking.

Last minute booking in Fatima. Staff was so amazing and caring. I would stay again. Breakfast was included and was really nice and varied. Carpeting in room needs updating. Maybe vinyl floors. The place is comfy - just needs a facelift

Fantastic Value

Fantastic value for money. If you have a car it is convenient for Fatima, Ourem, Tomar and Batalha, all of which we visited in a day and all well worth a visit. Comfy bed, warm in February, good breakfast, great value evening meal. Reception staff were brilliant. Only gripe, pillows too hard for the wife’s taste but fine for me. For the price we paid, fantastic value.

Excellent value

Great price, good location. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very nice, especially Valentina at the front. Various restaurants and snack bar/pubs nearby. Room is basic but has everything you need and is clean. Only complaint is there is a nice little balcony, but no chairs. A couple of plastic outdoor chairs would be nice so you could sit outside and enjoy a drink and relax. There was only one tiny stool in our room and two beds with a built in desk/shelf. So one has to sit on the bed and one gets a tiny tiny stool. We realize it is a budget hotel, and we would stay again, but chairs for the balcony would be awesome, and they could also be brought into the room for use.
