朝食に果沢山あるのに、野菜が一つもなかったのが残念。 シャワーの圧が弱いのはポルトガル全部のホテルに言えるのかもしれない。 サウナは有料なのに、水風呂とウォータ―サ―バ―がなくて脳梗塞になるかも…水は自分で持って行くことは必須事項。 近いうちに改装するらしいです。 スタッフはフロント、ハウスキ―パ―ともにパ―フェクトで、自分たちがすべきことは何かをしっかり把握している…それでいてチップを取らない。 ゲストのリクエストには全て対応してくれた。 今回の滞在で大変満足です。 ありがとう、バネッサ！

This lovely hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms were beautiful and large, the staff was so accommodating and provided assistance with every detail. There is a chapel on the lower floor where our group had daily mass with the priest that led our family pilgrimage. The area is easily walkable and close to Fatima. Don’t miss the hologram museum, which is so close by!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Fatima,Portugal. It was close to the Fatima Church and train station, I would highly recommend you stay here. The rooms were clean and the hotel service was great. A must stay in Fatima!

Double charge for the same day’s

I did not happy because they charged double time for the same day!!!! First , Hotels charged €166 por 2 rooms and after that Aura charged 2 rooms separately €88 for the same day and a extra day that we requested. Please help me to return the € 166

Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã perfeito, com muita variedade tudo impecável. A estrutura do hotel é bela, ficamos encantodos. Jantei no restaurante do hotel e amei, tudo delicioso. Minha mãe estava tesfriada a funcionária me ajudou com uma bandeja repleta de chá e comida e já era tarde, simplesmente muito atenciosos todos is funcionários.
