「Beautiful place, great customer service.」

「We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at the airport much earlier in the day then check in time. I contacted Palladio De Luca staff to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and then come back to check in at 3pm and received a reply shortly after. 「The room was very charming, the staff was helpful. I didn’t have to use the air conditioning during my stay. There was parking available on the street nearby just before you get to GianLuis. Easily accessible, walkable. to the coffee shops restaurants and the old town. I highly recommend GianLuis.」

「We only spent one night here and the resort is beautiful! Vito was very helpful to us. The setting is gorgeous. Definitely recommend!」
