"Great property and even better restaurant."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues. One of the two rooms assigned to our family was double-booked, making the accommodation unavailable upon arrival. Additionally, the photos and descriptions of the property are inaccurate and misleading. We were assigned rooms 2A and 2B, which are simply bedrooms located off a hallway with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. "This is a beautiful quiet country hotel surrounded by fields and old world villages. The staff are all wonderful and patient and go out of their way to help despite my very beginner Italian. They serve a beautiful breakfast daily and the food is wonderful. Also within relatively accessible distance of the autostrada. It was a haven for us in the midst of some chaos"

"We tried to cancel the booking 4 days before our trip as we decided to not rent a car. We were terrified of driving in Italy! We attempted to contact the B&B about our plan changes but we never heard back from them. They charged us the full amount. The complete lack of communication was disappointing. "
