「Arrived early. Staff went the extra mile to accomodate me even assigning me the requested floor. Had a question as to whether the HVAC unit was working properly and maintenance was there within 10 minures to show me how it worked. Great service!」

「The room, bedding, linens were good. The receptionist was excellent.
The room itself was mediocre, as I suspect that the whole of the hotel is nearing the end of serviceability. The door jamb is useless, the security slide is worthless. The towel rack in the bathroom is shot. It is janky.
