Plads til forbedring

Opgang til førstesals værelser: Slidte gulvtæpper og meget støvet opgang. Værelser pæne og rene. Aftensmaden var suveren. Morgenmaden: Her mødte vi en låst hoveddør da vi mødte frem til morgenmaden. Efter at vi blev ignoreret flere gange kom de endelig og låste op. Af varme ting var det kun kedelig omelet. Intet bacon, røræg, thebirkes, eller wienerbrød. Det var en lidt tam oplevelse.

Overordnet godt kro ophold.

Vi havde 2 overnatninger på hotellet. Det virker lidt slidt, terrassedøren kunne ikke lukkes helt til, men det gik. Morgen buffeten reklamerede bla. med æggekage med bacon som til vores skuffelse viste sig at være en færdigkøbt og opvarmet masse. Men ellers OK morgen buffet. Fedt at man kunne koge sine egne æg - de var gode.

Dejlige efterårsdage i Hvalpsund

Min mand og jeg har lige haft 3 overnatninger på Hvalpsund Færgekro. Der er nogle småting vedr. værelset, der kunne forbedres. Ðet er meddelt ved afrejse og blev noteret. Morgenmaden bliver kritiseret af nogle, men efter min mening er der det basale og jeg faldt for charmen ved, at man selv kan koge sit æg. Vi spiste 2 aftener på hotellet. Første aften fra ala carte kortet og vi fik en rigtig lækker servering kaldet Gris og løg. Vi meldte os til buffet med oste fra Thise Mejeri og pænt vinudvalg i går. Det var lige i skabet for osteelskere som os. Personalet er søde og imødekommende.

Veldig hyggelig hotell med flott beliggenhet. Hadde rom/leilighet m balkong. Romslig og bra. Klassisk sjarm hele stedet. Delikat frokost, hvor du koker ditt egg sel og får det dermed akkurat slik du vil ha det. I mellomtiden kan du nyte en gratis snaps eller 2!
