"Lovely hotel with amazing staff — they really make the experience. Manuel in the bar makes some of the best cocktails my wife and I have ever had (Cosmopolitan and Old Fashioned), and we have had a few! Anissa on the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming and made sure we had a great stay. The hotel is in a quieter area in terms of nightlife, but the road noise can be noticeable as the ferry port is nearby. We also found the noise from other rooms a little loud at times, which may bother some people during busier seasons. We saw some complaints about room size, but we did not have any issues. There is a large wardrobe, and if you have a sea view, the balconies are spacious and catch the sun for most of the day. You can walk to the old town in around 20–30 minutes, depending on your pace. Overall, a really nice stay, and we are planning to return for a short break at the end of the summer."

"Rather a tired old hotel, lacking in amenities. Nothing special. E.g. no tea/coffee in room, no conditioner or lotion in bathroom, poor breakfast selection (and they didn't even refill the scrambled eggs once they were gone). Not sure how it's rated 4 star. Location was great, though."

"This is a quirky hotel which we adore. Set multiple levels and buildings. We loved our delux room with views over the port. The transfer into town was handy when it got too much to walk up the hill. The staff were superb always on call through WhatsApp and quick to help when we needed them to."

"Absolutely fantastic two night stay in this hotel. Clean, welcoming, comfy beds, shower gel and soap provided. Staff on reception were most helpful and the restaurant staff were great too! No complaints from us! Would definitely stay again if the price was right 👍"
