「This resort charges you for EVERYTHING. Most hotels give you a cheap little toothbrush if you forget yours- not Kingsmill. They charged me $5 for a mini toothpaste packet (single use) and a toothbrush.」

「Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch.」

「Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers.」

「Convenient to highway, great options for eating nearby, ample parking, and close to shopping. Hotel had nice pool. Lobby was large with plenty of space for hanging our with a group. The outdoor space was exceptional with large firepit and lots of seating. Rooms were larger than expected (bigger than Springhill Suites). Hotel recently opened and it's super clean with nice finishes. I appreciated that rooms had extra pillows and blankets so we didn't even have to ask. 」

「Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.」

「The room was great and had two areas. The bedroom and the other room was furnished with a table, sofa, chair and TV. Very spacious. We did not have a view but did go to the beach which was just on the other side of the dunes. Only thing that was a negative was the workers with their big trucks making a lot of racket when they left in the morning.」

「The rooms are not bad. AC, Microwave, TV, fridge, and Lights were working just fine. The problem lies in neglecting shower maintenance. In room 211, the bathtub faucet never reaches the end, so the water will be lukewarm at best. The diverter valve you pull up from the spout to get a shower doesn't work well, so most of the water never reaches the shower head and just spills; I had to use my hand like a caveman to get water on my body.
