「Although this residence had not been notified of guests who had booking’s (due to large renovations), the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all the guest who had arrived were attended to and prepared rooms for guests. As there had been no communication to the Residence regarding guest arrival, all the staff members helped to make sure that rooms were up to standard, bedding was clean, hot water unit’s turned on.
