「No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫」

「Rooms were clean. It would be helpful if there were extra hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. Also extra soap for dishwasher & laundry only one of each was provided. Just to kick start. Definitely grateful for the two fans they had. The hallway bathroom did need shower head cleaning. WiFi was slow can be a challenge for work purposes. Overall I would definitely return. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Easy to get to Asda for groceries and access to motorway. There was plenty...

「No towel provided. Toilet was dirty. Very uncomfortable bed- pillow was flat. Nor recommend it」

「room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins. We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!」

「I didn’t end up staying at the property once I saw the bedroom. It was not up to par for my standard. I ended up checking into a Holiday Inn. For those planning to book I wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「Do not book this property. Didn't get an access code, from the outside the property needed a lot off work done. Was told exspedia had got the dates wrong & shouldn't of but it on website, was given an alternative which had broken glass & empty bottles all over the floor outside the main building. The room was tiny with no bathroom & we didn't feel safe at all so refused to stay there. Had to pay for somewhere else to stay as we where four hours away from home. Cost us a lot of money to get...
