「Rooms are well appointed and location is great but the age of the building shows. Any one even steps on the floor next to or above your room and it can be heard very loudly. Also, there is no street parking here. The website is not accurate. You have to park you car elsewhere and get your luggage here」

「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」

「As specified already when booking, there’s no parking at the hotel but there is one that is not far from the hotel at a convenient walking distance which is the one recommended by the hotel. This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves. Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)」

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks.
