「Paihia Waterfront Apartment was excellent! As like many others said, it was very clean. Perfect location in town to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, ferry to Russell and to marina to board Bay of Islands cruises. My husband and I loved hanging out on our little patio in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful weather. John, was very helpful during our stay and provided great recommendations. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. 」

「Lovely 2-bedroom cottage in a quiet location close to town centre. Plenty of room, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. John and Ruth were wonderful, welcoming hosts with plenty of great suggestions for local activities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the bed, which was king-sized, was a little too soft, as we like a firm bed. 」

「Room felt neglected. Dirty iron (manager did replace upon requesting), but I should not have to ask for another one, rusty toilet brush holder, mouldy curtains, stained ironing board cover. The room was not worth the price paid. These are all easy fixes, I hope the manager makes these fixes.」

「The view was incredible Two bedd and 2 bath, but unfortunately only 1 toilet for each floor, so not as convenient for older guests The second bedroom is only suitable for children」
