"The hotel has a strategic location, next to the Q Square Mall, opposite the Taipei Main Station (for High Speed Rail and Metro) which is just 5 min walk away. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service to Taipei Main Station. The staff were generally very warm, personable and friendly. I would like to commend a staff called Ricolt who welcomed us to the hotel on the first day and sent us off on the last day. The hotel provided an extra standing lamp for our hotel room when I told them that I found the room a bit dim. The only negative feedback was that we were not used to the toilet and the bathroom transparent glass door which could only be shielded by the curtain."
