"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"We visited the area to see family. The property front desk clerk was professional and friendly. This property is perfect for those that want to enjoy the area and not be room bound. "We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. "Had a great spring skiing week at Palisades Tahoe. The property has some age but mostly maintained well. Our small one bedroom timeshare condo is tight with an odd layout: access from the public balcony hallway at the bedroom side. Two sharing one bed can get by but any need to use the sofa bed would leave no elbow/leg room. The same can be said of the outdoor hot tubs but the vibe was generally cheery with the good spring weather. The staff are helpful and low key. "
