Clean room, friendly staff, lots of nice little extras.

Clean room and ability to store luggage before check in and after check out

Elevators took long and most were out of service or packed. The rooms were not kept up well. The beds were made and all but the walls were dirty and banged up. The rooms are also smaller than they appear, and the beds are full size not queen. Very crowded, very busy.

I loved how spaceous the room was. The bathroom wasn't spotless, I did have to pass a lysol wipe on the toilet seat because there was a hair but other than that, I loved it. Bed was comfortable and big. It was a short walk to Grand Central.
