"The staff have not been trained very well, and that is a failing of management. I encountered a number of issues, like the door lock of my room not working and not being able to get into my room for an extended period of time, and the reaction of many members was that this was not their job. One lady literally told me that she was in "Customer Relations" so fixing my problem was not her job... Otherwise the hotel is nice. The food is very expensive and not very good. I think I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area, but next time I will probably choose to stay somewhere else... Beds were comfy, room was quiet, shower was hot, so it definitely met my basic needs, I do wish that staff were more proactive and better trained!"

"The evening staff at reception and especially Mohamed made my stay perfect. They were so helpful in many ways such as finding me a taxi for a decent and honest fare. The day time staff at reception seemed less helpful. Not as welcoming and not recommending reasonable taxi fares. Mohamed was exceptional though. Super friendly and also the evening staff who helped me connect my laptop to the WiFi and made me complimentary drinks. "
