She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the app - from booking the train to helping me place a supper order via your food app when I had trouble signing in. Her willingness to help really made my stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff and experience were excellent."

"There was no issues when I stay here in 2025. This year, 2026, I stay here again and I will never come back. The room feels so old; the furniture is not well maintained at all. The room is a none-smoking room but it smells smoky. Very bad experience. Both the front desk and the breakfast staff do not have the basic hospitality. They all looks like angry for no reason."

Cons: rooms and lobby could use updating and my teenage and adult son had to share a foldout couch which was not advertised ahead of time when we booked a room for four people. The nonsmoking floors smell strongly of cigarettes in the hallway."
