"Gunna be completely honest about it when we first arrived i was dissapointed as it was nothing like i expected and said to my wifey we should have booked a travel lodge.now all being said first impressions can be wrong.we went to falmouth to get something to eat and do shops went back stayed the night.in the morning we had breakfast which was outstanding and had a chance to look around and completely fell in love with the place,the staff,the location, the owner's, the grounds just cannot say...

"An old hotel which is currently undergoing a major renovation but this was being done tactfully done and caused no hassle whatsoever- it will be lovely when completed. Our room was big and comfortable and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower. Decent English breakfast and pleasant to stroll along the seafront."
