"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Located in a quite holiday village close to Falmouth. A three bedroom property with two shower. Spot on for work or pleasure. Fully fitted kitchen allowing you to eat in or close enough to Falmouth to eat out. The final part of journey to the cottage is by single lane road, people are curtious so it wasn't a problem."

"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "

"Property was perfect for my family. Lovely and clean and everything that was needed for our stay was there. Beautiful garden and setting with ease of parking right outside. Only one problem was the mattress on the double bed! Terrible sleep due to the large lump in the middle making you roll to each sides. This could easily be solved with a new mattress. "

"The current owners have made out of this world improvements to the Hotel, in the last couple of years every aspect from Parking, Staff, Decor and Food have improved. In my opinion only one thing let it down this visit, it was the Sea Shanty Festival (the reason for our visit) and the Bar Staff had been told that every drink must be served in a charity Plastic Pint Pot, not good if you only want a Gin & Tonic or a glass of White Wine."
