"The hotel was nicely located in downtown, easy walking distance to Pike's Market, even with kids. The staff were able to check us in early, which was great. The room was on the small/tight side for 2 adults and 2 kids. One of the 2 elevators was not working, which made for longer waits to go up and down. The ice maker on our floor was also not working. The hotel does not have much for amenities. We were traveling with some other families and there wasn't much area to hang out - the lobby was quite small and the only on-site restaurant/bar closed mid-afternoon. The breakfast in the morning at their restaurant was very good."

"We loved our stay at Edgewater, the room was right on the water with a balcony overseeing Elliot Bay, watching all the ferry's, sailboats and cruise ships was a favorite past time while back in the room. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for Seattle, including taking a ferry to Whidbey island to sight see the old towns and have lunch and out to Snoqualmie falls for a short hike. Thank you for the excellent service, everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! -Neal and Emily"

"The carpeting is really worn out in the hallways and the wallpaper was being replaced so there was a lot of construction equipment and residue. Our air conditioning didn’t work but I’ll give the hotel big Kudos as they fixed it while we were out for lunch. Also, the staff bent over backwards to help in any way. I would stay here again but hopefully they will have finished the maintenance and maybe replaced the carpeting."

"We got caught in Seattle traffic on our way over, and were unable to make it before 10pm to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making arrangements with me over the phone to get us into our room. I was nervous about the possible quality of the stay considering it was a pet room, but it was amazing! I would happily stay here again any time. The dogs loved the stay as well. I only wish I could have arrived earlier in the day to fully enjoy my stay."
