"Incredible room with amazing amenities. The shower was top notch, comfortable bed, and water provided for the coffee machine. However, when i checked in, the young lady at the desk never even looked up from her computer to acknowledge me, simply asking for my name and info, I inquired about valet, as the parking is limited in downtown and wanted to keep our vehicle close by and accessible. She said the valet was full and apologized, saying there was parking available at a garage down on the corner for a fee. So we unloaded and I parked the car there. While checking out the next day, the woman at the front desk, much more attentive and receptive than the previous day, mentioned something about our parking package. I told her I was unaware of such a thing. She said yes, that parking was included with our stay, and then I mentioned to her that this was never brought Up to me, and was told valet was full. She said there should’ve been a space reserved for us for the parking package. Instead I had to pay an extra 50$ to park down the block, plus Uber fees so I didn’t have to move my vehicle from the parking garage, which wouldn’t have happened if we were valet parked. She said she would notify her management and someone would contact me, because their standards must be maintained. Nobody ever contacted me. Overall a fine place to stay as long as the staff pays attention to booking details."

"This location's layout felt safe and it was in a great location close to many places useful for when travelling. I had stayed at a diff Studio 6, it was good but this one felt even cleaner, tidy and the staff were very attentive, professional and helpful. Very kind and appreciative. We brought some of our own cooking utensils and pan but room had even more than what was listed on amenities. The kitchenette -under the sink area had a dish tray, they offered us two kitchen towels and a smaller wash towel, coffee and the sugar pack, coffee maker. The refrigerator was both a freezer and refrig. I noticed the freezer door was slightly loose, reported this and the office helped me I'd this so I would not be charged for any matter related to that. Dining table was strong and a perfect size with comfortable chairs. The kitchen area space also had two large drawers for those that need to store stuff and two shelf's to put some of your stuff on i.e. food containers or your own plates etc. The bathroom was perfect. You do get a soap for the shower and one for your bathroom sink. Plenty of towels, larger than other smaller hotels. Sleeping area, next to bed, you had a cell phone recharging plug, TV area good space and shelves on both sides of tv area for storing smaller luggage, backpacks etc. Entry way I loved here as they offered a secured large entry way carpet space. Great for when it's rainy or placing your shoes on for sure. Closet was great too. Thank you! Returning."
