"Customer service was excellent! They were able to accommodate early check in after getting off our Alaskan Cruise when we were exhausted! Close to everything! Definitely recommend!"

"we stayed in two diferent hotels for this staying we started with this one and then went to vancouver, the prices for the following week almost doubled so we decided to stay and another one and we inmediately regreted. This hotel is a good chooice, we did not get chaged for the parking lot which apparently is a miracle in this city, the breakfast had several options and very convinient, we were close to restaurants and to stores it is an amazing hotel because it was all the pros that I can think of, next time we will be staying here for sure, the staff was very nice as well."

"If I were to come back to Seattle, I would definitely consider staying here again! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. The room was spacious and quaint. It was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to big attractions easily. We used the valet parking and it was very easy."
