"Our experience at this hotel was concerning from the moment we arrived and ultimately we ended up not staying at the hotel. In the parking lot, there was a hotel shuttle van with its windows smashed out, and several individuals were loitering nearby, which immediately raised safety concerns. Upon entering the hotel, the atmosphere was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lobby was lined with casino-style gambling machines, and there were people openly walking through the facility carrying alcoholic drinks in paper bags and smoking. This created an environment that did not feel family-friendly or secure."

"We have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years and until this stay it has always been lovely. The property was clean and well maintained. I don't know if there is new management but the hotel was filthy. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, there was overflowing trash and bags of trash on the floor next to the ice machine all weekend long. Paint cans were stacked next to the vensing machines in the main hall. Our room was okay but again floors were not cleaned very well and the vent in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been wiped off in months. The breakfast used to be better with eggs and sausage. It was very disappointing and we have really enjoyed our stays at that property in the past but we will not stay there again. We were not the only customers that felt this way as we found out via a conversation with another guest in the elevator."

"The guy at front desk was impolite and when I asked for a receipt so my company would pay me back he gave me a receipt with 0's on it. You can't tell me you can't give me a receipt with the cost of the room even if I payed through a third party. I was always thought that customer service was a main priority and politness goes a long way"

"We had a snaffoo in scheduling and the staff was so kind to help us out. Jennifer and Luna we bright spots as we came in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected. Very good. Thank you for taking such good care of us."

"Did not stay. Did not look like profile pictures at all. Owner was very nice but there were folks outside that immediately gave off hood vibes. There was an Adult Store next door also should be noted as attracting a less than desirable crowd. Could not get a refund through Expedia as I did not take photos of the room. I just wanted to get out of there asap. Never had such a disturbing experience so did not know that was the protocol. You get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars somewhere else. "
