Deluxe studio room #5 was recently renovated and very nicely done. Very clean. Electric fireplace and fridge a nice touch warm & COZY decor. We had an attached overhang patio w/seating and parking space

Hotel was cozy....xtra small room but nice....my experience was terrifying...u don't hve a key to get in...they send u an email with door code...hve never experienced this before....after getting in i laid phone on bed n left..didn't realize left my phone so when i returned no phone or code to get back in. No one was at office n when calling n leaving message about being locked out...no one ever came to help. A neighbor told me of another hotel in town connected to Millz Manor so i drove there n restaurant employee called n got my door code for me otherwise i would have NEVER gotten back in...had insulin, meds n all my important stuff on phone locked in room n lived 3 hours away....will never stay at this place again n first time I've ever left my phone anywhere...would hve never had it out if didnt need code to get in

Quick stay in Fall River Mills

We had a cute suite that included sitting area, small refrigerator, and comfy bed. We didn’t get to spend much time at the motel but agreed we would stay again. It’s within an hour of Lassen National Park. We had dinner at their sister location - Fall River Inn. Note there is limited front desk times.

Disappointed!!

We stayed 2 nights. There were towels only for 1 night, for 2 people, when we arrived. When we arrived at around 3PM, the office was closed as well as on our 2nd day, before and after our day away from our room there was no one in the office. Called the # that was on the office door to ask about getting clean towels for our 2nd night. Will called back and said that we needed to request the towels, as a pose to them leaving them in our room. I told him when we left that morning no one was in the office. He said, that I should have called the # on the office door, which I did not have, while we were gone. How about this, knowing that we were staying 2 nights, that the room be supplied with the proper amount of towels. Especially since, no one was around before or after on our day away from our room and that they don't do housekeeping the 2nd day the customer is using the room!! Also we did not have a replenishment of our coffee or cups. It would have been a better customer service, if an offer was made to come and make the situation right!! Needless to say that offer was not made.

Okay stay.

Cute quaint, clean easy check in instructions texted to my cell. The heater, refrigerator and toilet needed attention/repair. Shared this problem upon checkout. When we finally figured out the refrigerator was making annoying rattling sounds every 15-30 minutes; we unplugged and our sleep disturbance wasn't an issue.

Quiet Spot, Nice Place

Great spot in a quaint, quiet town. Easy access to Lassen NP and nearby state parks. Older property but VERY clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. I would absolutely stay again!

Room was clean, a comfy bed, and some recent upgrades with nice amenities and easy parking made this a great value. Convenient location when visiting Burney Falls. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t stay here.

I saw several reviews giving this place a good rating. Those reviews are fake. The room was old, felt dirty and had zero functionality. The bed was comfy, that’s where the good stuff ends. Also, we were left with one roll of TP for two people for two days. There is no office staff, check in and room access is done via text. I went to the office to ask for TP but no one answered the door. There was a phone number in case you needed anything. I called it, and nobody answered and there was no means to leave a message. Essentially you’re in your own. There was no cleaning service. So you used the same towels each day which is fine except the towels looked dingy and were paper thin. There really is no reason to stay at this place.

Good stay at an affordable price but definitely had a motel smell. There are mosquitos at night. I got bitten 17 times within 30 mins and some of them do go into the room.
